One Saturday afternoon, Fiona and her sister Elaine arrived at Ivory & Pearl after seeing a wedding dress online. She arrived at the boutique and put on “thee” dress .. Lewis by Alexandra Grecco and it was absolutely stunning! This dress is honestly so beautiful in it’s simplicity! She added beautiful earrings and a @whatkadydidnext veil – it was so perfect! It’s Elaine’s turn next as she gets married next year!!!
Filled Under : Real Brides
Let’s be honest.. whatever dress Ciara put on she would have been stunning, but she looks exceptionally beautiful in this stunning Catherine Deane gown, and these photographs are amazing! I love receiving these photographs in my inbox, and it’s not very often I get time to upload them to my website, so this really is a real treat! I’ll let the photographs do the talking, as I go take my children out of the biscuit cupboard at 9:06am with the picnic bag and the plan to have a snack in the other room .. away from mummy and dear knows what delights included – I would say a lot of chocolate!!!!
Stephanie wore the ABSOLUTELY Stunning Sierra gown by Anna Campbell and she chose it in bone – which is a very soft grey, she looked gorgeous.
Stephanie had a destination wedding, and Anna Campbell is perfect for the hotter climates and for travelling long distances!
Here are a few snaps !!
The beautiful Aimee flew over from France to find the “one”, originally from Whitehead it was a nice excuse to meet up with all her family and friends. Aimee and her mum own a beauticians in France, and for me that conjures up all sorts of lovely images. Aimee did all of her research online .. my kind of bride and came with a clear idea in her head.. and first shop, first appointment the dress was bought.
Aimee also gave up smoking about 6 months before her wedding.. and how amazing does she look as well as kicking the habit.. it was worth it Aimee.. you look amazing!
Real Bride Alert ➳ ➳ ➳
Can you tell that we are a little quieter this week? I am actually getting a chance to get caught up on paper work, and blogging… it’s a dream! When it comes to who we feature on our blog, it is literally down to right bride, right time, the lovely Rebecca sent me these images last week which was perfect timing as I have time this evening to do a blog! If you did buy your dress at Ivory & Pearl, we would ABSOLUTELY love to see it all come together! Ideally the professional photographs, send them to email@example.com and we will keep adding real bride images here throughout the summer!
Back to Rebecca, she purchased the beautiful Eden by Claire Pettibone. However, unfortunately she had Breast Cancer, and had to go through nine surgeries in total, therefore she wanted to customise it a little to hide the scars on her back and side from her reconstruction! So… she added sleeves, which look absolutely amazing, and is happy to say that she’s feeling fine and couldn’t be happier!!
Rebecca and her hubby married at Villa Cipressi, Varenna, Lake Como. You would never believe Rebecca looks 55, and she herself says especially considering what she’s been through, she doesn’t think she looks too bad. Well.. given what you have been through and at 55, we thinking you look blooming amazing!!! It also takes courage to wear a blue wedding dress on your wedding day, and we are so pleased you chose to push the boat out and wear a dress that was so different, you look absolutely gorgeous!
P.S. The headdress and Veil are from ‘ What Katy Did Next’ and the shoes were preloved ‘Emmy.’
